Welcome to Trinity Methodist and The United Reformed Church, Porthcawl.
We hope you find our website informative and helpful.
We are a friendly community church which holds many local events and weekly meetings of groups as well as regular church services on Sundays. We have very active Support groups within the church including Action for Children and Trinity care and support for carers and young people with learning difficulties. We also support Traidcraft and are proud to be known as a Fairtrade Church and use fairly traded produce in all events.
There are 10.30 am and 6 pm services every Sunday.
Tea and coffee are served after the 10.30 service in the hall.
Communion is held on the first Sunday of the month at 10.30am and the second Sunday of the month at 6pm.
There is also an 8am Communion service on the third Sunday of each month.
Junior church is held during Sunday morning worship and a special All Ages Family service is held on the second Sunday of the month.
The next Messy Church will be on Sunday 19th January
between 3 and 5 pm.
There will be stories, music, games and arts and crafts. The children will also assist in making a meal. All families are welcome and the session is suitable for children under 12 including a toddler/baby area. This is a free event for all the community of Porthcawl

The choir sang King Forever during the service on 15th December. They gave an excellent performance and a meaningful portrayal of the life of Jesus. There were several soloists as well as a flautist, pianist and Mike Boyle on the organ. Hopefully the musical will be repeated in the New Year for those not able to attend.
Messy Church had a successful Christmas party on 15th December and this was preceded by Breakfast with Santa in the morning. Father Christmas had a busy day!
Pat Thomas arranged a coffee morning for Trinity members in aid of the Alzheimer's society. This was a festive event in aid of a charity close to many people's hearts.
